1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zaky AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zaky AI. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Zaky AI provides AI-powered tools for generating study notes, summaries, quizzes, and flashcards from educational materials. The Service is designed to help students learn more efficiently and is intended for educational purposes only.

Our platform supports both English and Arabic content, allowing Egyptian students to study in their preferred language. We use artificial intelligence to process your uploaded materials and generate personalized study aids.

The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers, each with different features and limitations as described on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zaky AI. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Zaky AI offers both free and paid subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 files per month, 10 pages per file, no PDF export
• Pro Monthly: 59 ج.م per month, unlimited files (up to 100 pages each), Arabic support, PDF export
• Pro Semester: 299 ج.م for 6 months, same features as Pro Monthly with better value

Plan details, pricing, and features are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers of any material changes that affect their current subscription.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners Paymob and Fawry. We accept credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and Fawry cash codes.

Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for partial months. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion in cases of technical issues or billing errors. Contact zakyyaieg@gmail.com for assistance.

6. User Content

By uploading files to Zaky AI, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

Content Processing: Files you upload are processed solely to generate summaries, quizzes, and flashcards for your personal use. We do not use your content to train our AI models or share it with third parties.

You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded content. You may delete your files at any time from your account dashboard.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share or resell access to your account
• Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zaky AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be 100% accurate or complete
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaky AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or academic performance, arising from your use of the Service.

We strongly recommend reviewing all AI-generated content alongside your original materials. The Service is a study aid, not a replacement for proper study and understanding.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data and uploaded content.

We are committed to transparency and comply with applicable data protection regulations. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you via email (if you have an account)
• Display a notice on the platform

Your continued use of Zaky AI after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Service.
