We do NOT use your data for:

• Convex: Stores your account data, files, and generated content securely in the cloud
• Vercel: Hosts our website and handles technical infrastructure
• Kashier: Processes payments securely for Pro subscriptions
• Firebase Authentication: Manages secure login and account authentication

All our partners are required to protect your data and use it only for the specific services they provide to Zaky AI.

Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Secure Storage: Your files and data are stored in secure cloud infrastructure (Convex and Google Cloud Storage) with access controls
• Authentication: Account access is protected by Firebase Authentication with secure password hashing
• Payment Security: We never see or store your full payment card details - these are handled securely by Kashier
• Access Controls: Only authorized Zaky AI team members can access your data, and only when necessary for support or technical maintenance

Data Retention:

• Uploaded files are stored as long as you keep them in your account (you can delete them anytime)
• Account information is kept while your account is active
• After account deletion, we retain minimal data (e.g., transaction records) as required by law, typically for 5-7 years

International Data Transfers: Your data may be processed on servers located outside Egypt (e.g., in the US or Europe) by our service providers. All transfers comply with applicable data protection standards.

• Access Your Data: View and download all personal information we have about you from your account settings

• Cancel Subscription: Downgrade from Pro to Free at any time (you'll keep access until your billing period ends)
